2 RELATING TO THE MANUFACTURED HOME SETUP CODE; REPEALING SECTION 44-2206, IDAHO
3 CODE.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. That Section 44-2206, Idaho Code, be, and the same is hereby
6 repealed.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS 09910
This bill will repeal Section 44-2206, Idaho Code, which deals with electrical
installations to manufactured homes. The 1999 National Electrical Code now
provides guidelines for installation of electrical service to manufactured homes;
thus, this code section is no longer necessary.
