                      RS 10143

The purpose of this bill is to allow a nursing home facility resident fishing
permit to be purchased by the nursing home facility for $25.00 per year to allow
all its residents to fish during the open season. This would correct the present
situation which requires each participant to appear at the Department of Fish and
Game to purchase an individual license, which is unreasonable, given the physical
     conditions of the residents.

                    FISCAL IMPACT

Fiscal impact to the state would be minuscule
