In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the agency is 35 authorized no more than forty-six and thirty-six hundredths (46.36) full-time 36 equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2000, through June 37 30, 2001, for the programs specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifi- 38 cally authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee 39 will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized. 40 SECTION 3. There is hereby reappropriated to the State Board of Education 41 for the Idaho State Historical Society the unexpended and unencumbered balance 2 1 of any General Fund appropriation contained in Section 1, Chapter 384, Laws of 2 1999, to be used for nonrecurring expenditures for the period July 1, 2000, 3 through June 30, 2001. 4 SECTION 4. The reappropriation granted in Section 3 of this act shall be 5 subject to the following provisions: 6 (1) If the unexpended and unencumbered balance in the General Fund on 7 June 30, 2000, is zero, the reappropriation in Section 3 of this act is hereby 8 declared to be null and void. 9 (2) If the unexpended and unencumbered balance in the General Fund on 10 June 30, 2000, is greater than zero but less than the total General Fund re- 11 appropriation authority granted to all state agencies, the amount reappropri- 12 ated in Section 3 of this act shall be in the proportion that the reappropria- 13 tion for the Idaho State Historical Society bears to the total General Fund 14 reappropriation authority granted to all state agencies. 15 SECTION 5. In addition to the appropriation made in Section 1, Chapter 16 384, Laws of 1999, there is hereby appropriated to the State Board of Educa- 17 tion for the Idaho State Historical Society the following amounts, to be 18 expended for the designated programs according to the designated expense clas- 19 ses from the listed funds for the period July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000: 20 FOR FOR 21 PERSONNEL OPERATING 22 COSTS EXPENDITURES TOTAL 23 I.
