This bill is the FY 2001 appropriation for the Governor’s Division of Financial Management. The General Fund increase is 8.3% but the overall budget is a 29.3 % decrease. The increase in General Funds is the result of adding one Technology position to DFM. The overall decrease is the result of the phase-out of the Silver Valley Trust Fund, which is anticipated to close out its activities by December of 2000.
