  1                                        AN ACT
  2    RELATING TO THE FREE EXERCISE OF RELIGION; AMENDING SECTION  3,  AS  ADDED  BY
  3        SENATE  BILL  NO.  1394,  ENACTED  BY  THE  SECOND  REGULAR SESSION OF THE
  4        FIFTY-FIFTH IDAHO LEGISLATURE, TO PROVIDE A REVISED EFFECTIVE DATE.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION 1.  That Section 3, as added by Senate Bill No. 1394,  enacted  by
  7    the  Second  Regular Session of the Fifty-fifth Idaho Legislature, be, and the
  8    same is hereby amended to read as follows:
                                                                        
  9        SECTION 3.  An emergency existing  therefor,  which  emergency  is  hereby
 10    declared  to  exist,  tThis act shall be in full force and effect on and after
 11    its passage and approval February 1, 2001.
