22 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
23 SECTION 1. In addition to any other appropriation there is hereby appro-
24 priated to the Department of Environmental Quality for Attorney General fees,
25 to be expended according to the designated expense class from the listed funds
26 for the period July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001:

This is a trailer appropriation to add funding to agencies to ensure that an adequate amount has been provided to pay Attorney General fees following the setting of the FY 2001 appropriation for the Office of the Attorney General. When the schedule of fees were originally provided to state agencies last year during budget preparation they did not include the impact of salary increases above the standard CEC to the Attorney General’s staff.
