                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
                                                                        
  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT  SYSTEM  FOR
  3        FISCAL  YEAR  2001;  AND  AUTHORIZING  ONE ADDITIONAL FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT
  4        POSITION.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION 1.  In addition to any other appropriation for fiscal  year  2001,
  7    there  is  hereby  appropriated  to  the Office of the Governor for the Public
  8    Employee Retirement System the following amounts, to be expended by the listed
  9    program according to the specified expense classes from the listed  funds  for
 10    the period July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001:

 14    Operating Expenditures                                                   6,000
 15    Capital Outlay                                                           5,900

 19        SECTION  2.  The  Public  Employee Retirement System is authorized one (1)
 20    additional full-time equivalent position, any other provision of law  notwith-
 21    standing.

This bill provides additional funds for the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI) for Fiscal Year 2001.
