                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
                                                                        
  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR FISCAL
  3        YEAR 2001; AND AUTHORIZING ONE ADDITIONAL FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITION.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION 1.  In addition to any other appropriation for fiscal  year  2001,
  6    there is hereby appropriated to the Department of Administration the following
  7    amounts,  to  be  expended  by  the  listed program according to the specified
  8    expense classes from the listed funds for the period  July  1,  2000,  through
  9    June 30, 2001:

 13    Operating Expenditures                                                 125,000
