AHCR038|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-fifth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2000Moved by Gagner Seconded by Stone IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE AMENDMENT TO H.C.R. NO. 38 1 AMENDMENT TO THE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 2 On page 1 of the resolution, in line 38, following "Education," insert: 3 "the Idaho Association of Community Rehabilitation Programs,".
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS09849 To establish a committee to research the reasons for the 60 percent unemployment rate of persons with disabilities. The multiple reasons creating unemployment do not allow the disabled to enjoy the benefits of working. Such high unemployment is a considerable drain on the taxpayers; creating employment for persons with disabilities will make them tax payers. FISCAL NOTE Based on a hypothetical committee of 6 legislators from around Idaho an estimate of travel expenses and per them would be approximately $6000.
