2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION FOR FISCAL
3 YEAR 2001; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Board of Education
6 for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation the following amounts, to be
7 expended for the designated programs according to the designated expense clas-
8 ses from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001:

42 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Division

1 of Vocational Rehabilitation is authorized no more than one hundred forty-two
2 (142) full-time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1,
3 2000, through June 30, 2001, for the programs specified in Section 1 of this
4 act, unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-
5 Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions
6 so authorized.
