2 RELATING TO THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE IDAHO STATE POLICE; AMENDING SECTION 1,
3 CHAPTER 388, LAWS OF 2000; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. That Section 1, Chapter 388, Laws of 2000, is hereby amended
6 to read as follows:
7 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Idaho State Police the
8 following amounts, to be expended for the designated programs according to the
9 designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2000,

Statement of Purpose
RS10775
This is a FY 2001 supplemental appropriation for the Idaho State Police.
Fiscal Note
This bill appropriates an additional $19,800 from the General Fund to the
Director s Office Program within the Division of Idaho State Police for Attorney
General fees, and transfers funding between the Director s Office Program and the
Patrol Program, and between the
Investigations, Forensic Services, and the Support Services Programs. This
transfer is taking place to accommodate the reorganization changes that occurred
last legislative session. Estimates were used to set the FY 2001 Original
Appropriation and it was
determined that there was a shortage in the Patrol and Support Services
Programs.
