2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002; AND LIM-
3 ITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Labor the
6 following amounts, to be expended for the designated programs according to the
7 designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2001,
8 through June 30, 2002:

29 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Department
30 of Labor is authorized no more than seven (7) full-time equivalent positions
31 at any point during the period July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2002, for the
32 programs specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically authorized by
33 the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified
34 promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
