1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR FOR THE COMMISSION FOR THE
3 BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER
4 OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
6 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
7 the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired the following amounts to be
8 expended according to the designated expense classes from the listed funds for
9 the period July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2002:

29 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Commission
30 for the Blind and Visually Impaired is authorized no more than forty-two and
31 fifty-hundredths (42.50) full-time equivalent positions at any point during
32 the period July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2002, for the program specified in
33 Section 1 of this act, unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The
34 Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any
35 increased positions so authorized.
