Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact

  STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

                            RS 10612
This proposed legislation would extend entitlement to licenses
to hunt, fish and trap to include those deemed disabled by the
Railroad Retirement Board.
     FISCAL IMPACT

The only fiscal impact will be the loss of the few licenses being
sold to a small number of disabled citizens.
