  1                                        AN ACT
  2    RELATING TO THE BOARD OF PHARMACY; AMENDING SECTION 37-3201,  IDAHO  CODE,  TO
  3        PROVIDE A CORRECT CODE CITATION.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  That  Section 37-3201, Idaho Code, be, and the same is hereby
  6    amended to read as follows:
                                                                        
  7        37-3201.  DEFINITIONS. As used in this chapter:
  8        (1)  "Code imprint" means a series of letters or numbers assigned  by  the
  9    manufacturer  or  distributor to a specific drug, or marks or monograms unique
 10    to the manufacturer or distributor of the drug, or both;
 11        (2)  "Distributor" means a person who distributes for  resale  a  drug  in
 12    solid  dosage  form under his own label even though he is not the actual manu-
 13    facturer of the drug;
 14        (3)  "Solid dosage form" means capsules or tablets intended for oral use;
 15        (4)  "Legend drug" means any drug defined by section  54-1705(236),  Idaho
 16    Code.

                     STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

                             RS 11433

     The proposed change renumbers a reference in Subsection (4) to 
correspond to the numbering in Section 54-1705, Idaho Code. 


                         FISCAL IMPACT

There will be no fiscal impact to the general fund or other state 
funds or to local government funds.
