1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003; AND
3 LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Insurance
6 the following amounts, to be expended for the designated programs according to
7 the designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1,
8 2002, through June 30, 2003:

32 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Department
33 of Insurance is authorized no more than sixty-eight and one-half (68.5) full-
34 time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2002, through
35 June 30, 2003, for the programs specified in Section 1 of this act, unless
36 specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Com-
37 mittee will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
