                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
                                                                        
  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING MONEYS TO THE VETERANS TRANSPORTATION FUND  FOR
  3        FISCAL  YEAR  2003;  AND  APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DIVISION OF VETERANS
  4        SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION 1.  There is hereby  appropriated  and  the  State  Controller  is
  7    hereby  directed  to transfer $30,000 from the General Fund to be deposited in
  8    the Veterans Transportation Fund for the period July 1, 2002, through June 30,
  9    2003.
                                                                        
 10        SECTION 2.  There is hereby appropriated to the Division of Veterans  Ser-
 11    vices  within  the Department of Self-Governing Agencies $30,000 from the Vet-
 12    erans Transportation Fund for the period July 1, 2002, through June 30, 2003.

This is a one-time appropriation of $30,000 from the General Fund to the Division of Veterans Services for the purpose of providing transportation of wheelchair-bound veterans to and from medical appointments.
