  1                               A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
  2    PROVIDING FOR A JOINT SESSION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND  THE  SENATE
  3        OF THE SECOND REGULAR SESSION OF THE FIFTY-SIXTH IDAHO LEGISLATURE FOR THE
  4        PURPOSE OF HEARING A MESSAGE FROM THE GOVERNOR.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        WHEREAS,  the  Governor  has informed the House of Representatives and the
  7    Senate that he desires to deliver a message to a Joint Session of the House of
  8    Representatives  and  the  Senate  of  the  Second  Regular  Session  of   the
  9    Fifty-sixth  Idaho  Legislature in the Chamber of the House of Representatives
 10    at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2002.
 11        NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the Second  Regular  Ses-
 12    sion  of  the  Fifty-sixth Idaho Legislature, the House of Representatives and
 13    the Senate concurring therein, that the House of Representatives and the  Sen-
 14    ate  meet  in  Joint Session on Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at 11 a.m. for the
 15    purpose of hearing the message from the Governor.
