|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-sixth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2002IN THE SENATE SENATE BILL NO. 1465 BY FINANCE COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003; AND LIM- 3 ITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS. 4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Labor the 6 following amounts, to be expended for the designated program according to the 7 designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2002, 8 through June 30, 2003: 9 FOR FOR 10 PERSONNEL OPERATING 11 COSTS EXPENDITURES TOTAL 12 I. WAGE AND HOUR: 13 FROM: 14 General Fund $369,400 $176,800 $546,200 15 Miscellaneous 16 Revenue Fund 10,400 10,400 17 TOTAL $369,400 $187,200 $556,600 18 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Department 19 of Labor is authorized no more than eight (8) full-time equivalent positions 20 at any point during the period July 1, 2002, through June 30, 2003, for the 21 program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically authorized by 22 the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified 23 promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
