  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE  IDAHO  STATE
  3        CAPITOL COMMISSION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003; AND REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN UNEX-
  4        PENDED AND UNENCUMBERED BALANCES.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION  1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Administra-
  7    tion for the Idaho State  Capitol  Commission  the  following  amounts  to  be
  8    expended  according to the designated expense classes from the listed fund for
  9    the period July 1, 2002, through June 30, 2003:

 13    Operating Expenditures                                                 205,300
 14      TOTAL                                                               $234,800

 17        SECTION 2.  There is hereby reappropriated to the Department  of  Adminis-
 18    tration for the Idaho State Capitol Commission the unexpended and unencumbered
 19    balance  of any funds appropriated by Section 1, Chapter 282, Laws of 2001, to
 20    be used for nonrecurring expenditures  only  for  the  period  July  1,  2002,
 21    through June 30, 2003.
