  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR FOR  FISCAL  YEAR
  3        2005; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  There  is  hereby appropriated to the Executive Office of the
  6    Governor the following amounts to be  expended  for  the  designated  programs
  7    according  to  the  designated  expense  classes from the listed funds for the
  8    period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005:

 28        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the  Executive
 29    Office  of  the Governor is authorized no more than twenty-four (24) full-time
 30    equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2004, through June
 31    30, 2005, for the programs specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifi-
 32    cally authorized by the Governor. The Joint  Finance-Appropriations  Committee
 33    will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
