|Statement of Purpose|
This bill relates to the FY 2004 appropriation for the Office of the Governor. It exempts the Office of the Governor from the 10% transfer rule as provided in Idaho Code §67-3511(2), thereby authorizing the Governor's Office to transfer moneys between programs as needed to cover a funding shortfall in the Acting Governor Pay program.
There is no additional fiscal impact to the General Fund.
