  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005; AND LIM-
  3        ITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the  Lieutenant  Governor  the
  6    following  amount  from  the  listed fund for the period July 1, 2004, through
  7    June 30, 2005:
  8    FOR:
  9    Lieutenant Governor                                                   $117,800
 10    FROM:
 11    General Fund                                                          $117,800
                                                                        
 12        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Office  of
 13    the  Lieutenant  Governor is authorized no more than two (2) full-time equiva-
 14    lent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2004, through  June  30,
 15    2005,  for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically
 16    authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be
 17    notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
