STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS 14099 Correct an error in SB1009 from the 2003 legislative session. The legislature relied upon the language provided to it in furtherance of the disclosure time period; however, it is an error. Rather than reading "not less than," it should read "not more than." Also Section 2 is added stating "An emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage and approval".
