1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE COMMISSION ON AGING FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005; AND
3 LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
6 the Commission on Aging the following amounts to be expended according to the
7 designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2004,
8 through June 30, 2005:

22 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Commission
23 on Aging is authorized no more than fifteen (15) full-time equivalent posi-
24 tions at any point during the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005, for
25 the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically authorized
26 by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified
27 promptly of any increased positions so authorized.

This is the appropriation to the Commission on Aging for fiscal year 2005. The bill appropriates $4,496,200 from the General Fund, $7,447,900 from federal funds, and $35,000 from dedicated funds for a total of $11,979,100. Full-time positions are capped at fifteen.
