  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE STATE LIQUOR DISPENSARY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005; AND
  3        LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
  6    the State Liquor Dispensary the following amounts to be expended according  to
  7    the  designated  expense  classes  from the listed fund for the period July 1,
  8    2004, through June 30, 2005:

 11    Operating Expenses                                                   3,230,800
 12    Capital Outlay                                                         497,600
 13      TOTAL                                                            $11,339,400

 16        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section  67-3519,  Idaho  Code,  the  State
 17    Liquor Dispensary is authorized no more than one hundred sixty (160) full-time
 18    equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2004, through June
 19    30,  2005, for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifi-
 20    cally authorized by the Governor. The Joint  Finance-Appropriations  Committee
 21    will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
