  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE FOR FISCAL YEAR  2005;  AND
  3        LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Commerce the
  6    following amounts from the listed funds to be expended according to the desig-
  7    nated expense classes for the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005:

 38        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Department
 39    of  Commerce  is authorized no more than fifty-three and one-half (53.5) full-
 40    time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2004, through
 41    June 30, 2005, for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless spe-
 42    cifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Commit-

  1    tee will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
