1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005; AND LIM-
3 ITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Secretary of State the
6 following amounts to be expended for the designated programs according to the
7 designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2004,
8 through June 30, 2005:

21 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Office of
22 the Secretary of State is authorized no more than thirty-one (31) full-time
23 equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2004, through June
24 30, 2005, for the programs specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifi-
25 cally authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee
26 will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
