2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH TRUST FUND FOR THE PUBLIC HEALTH
3 DISTRICTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $9,488,400 from the General Fund
6 to be deposited in the Public Health Trust Fund for the period July 1, 2004,
7 through June 30, 2005.
