  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE IDAHO SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF AND THE BLIND FOR  FIS-
  3        CAL  YEAR 2005; LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS; AND
  4        AUTHORIZING FUND DEPOSITS.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the State Board  of  Education
  7    for  the  Idaho  School for the Deaf and the Blind the following amounts to be
  8    expended from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2004, through  June  30,
  9    2005:

 23        SECTION  2.  In  accordance  with  Section  67-3519, Idaho Code, the Idaho
 24    School for the Deaf and the Blind is  authorized  no  more  than  one  hundred
 25    twenty-one and fifty-two hundredths (121.52) full-time equivalent positions at
 26    any  point  during the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005, unless spe-
 27    cifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Commit-
 28    tee will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
                                                                        
 29        SECTION 3.  The Idaho School for the Deaf and the Blind  may  deposit  any
 30    funds  appropriated  by Section 1, Chapter 346, Laws of 2003, in a contingency
 31    reserve fund created pursuant to Section 33-3409, Idaho Code.
