  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR FISCAL
  3        YEAR 2005.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION 1.  In addition to the appropriation made in Section 1, House Bill
  6    No. 792, as enacted by the Second Regular Session of the  Fifty-seventh  Idaho
  7    Legislature,  there is hereby appropriated to the Department of Administration
  8    the following amount to be expended for the designated  program  according  to
  9    the designated expense class from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2004,
 10    through June 30, 2005:

Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact


Statement of Purpose
RS14276

This is a trailer FY 2005 Appropriation for the Department of
Administration in the amount of $650,000 in dedicated fund spending
authority for operating costs associated with the Borah Post Office.
This trailer appropriation is made in light of the passage of House
Concurrent Resolution 44 which authorized the Department of
Administration to take ownership of the Borah Post Office from the
federal government.

Fiscal Note

This bill authorizes dedicated fund spending authority of $650,000
for operating expenditures for the Borah Post Office. Revenue for this
spending authority will come from rents paid by the tenants of the Borah
Post Office.
