This is a trailer FY 2005 Appropriation for the Board of Nursing in
the Department of Self-Governing Agencies in the amount of $12,000 in
dedicated fund spending authority. This bill also includes an additional
one-half FTP. This trailer appropriation is made in light of the passage
of HB 815 which requires the Board to record notices of termination of
health care providers if an employee is terminated for the adulteration
of a controlled substance. The Board is also required to transmit such
notices to prospective employers when termination information is requested.
