2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE SUPREME COURT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005; AND APPROPRI-
3 ATING MONEYS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE GUARDIAN AD LITEM FUND.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Supreme Court the follow-
6 ing amounts to be expended from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2004,
7 through June 30, 2005:

10 Guardian Ad Litem Fund 447,500
11 ISTARS Technology Fund 1,810,500
12 Federal Grant Fund 1,501,000
13 Miscellaneous Revenue Fund 312,500

16 SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated $430,900 from the General Fund to
17 be deposited in the Guardian Ad Litem Fund for the period July 1, 2004,
18 through June 30, 2005.
