  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF  SELF-GOVERNING  AGENCIES
  3        FOR  THE  BOARD  OF EXAMINERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005; AND DECLARING AN EMER-
  4        GENCY.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION 1.  In addition to the appropriation made in  Section  1,  Chapter
  7    273, Laws of 2004, there is hereby appropriated to the Department of Self-Gov-
  8    erning Agencies for the Board of Examiners the following amount to be expended
  9    for  the designated program according to the designated expense class from the
 10    listed fund for the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005:
 11    BOARD OF EXAMINERS:
 12    FOR:
 13    Trustee and Benefit Payments                                           $11,500
 14    FROM:
 15    General Fund                                                           $11,500
                                                                        
 16        SECTION 2.  An emergency existing  therefor,  which  emergency  is  hereby
 17    declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its
 18    passage and approval.

Statement of Purpose

This is the FY 2005 Supplemental Appropriation for the Board of Examiners in the Department of Self-Governing Agencies. This bill provides $11,500 from the General Fund to cover bills submitted by the Ada County Sheriff’s office and the County Prosecutor’s office for the transportation and prosecution of State Penitentiary inmates. This Supplemental Appropriation will allow the Board to pay the claims the County has submitted.

Fiscal Note

This Supplemental Appropriation provides $11,500 from the General Fund to pay for claims submitted by Ada County for the prosecution and transportation of State Penitentiary inmates. This all one-time money.
