The FY 2005 original appropriation amount only reflects moneys appropriated to non-governmental organizations. In order to avoid double counting the money, Millennium Fund moneys appropriated to state agencies were transferred by the State Controller from the Millennium Income Fund to the agency, and the amount was then reflected in each individual agency budget. The total amount actually appropriated from the Millennium Fund in FY 2005 was $1,939,700.
