  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE IDAHO STATE INDEPENDENT LIVING  COUNCIL  FUND  FOR
  3        THE STATE INDEPENDENT LIVING COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  There is hereby appropriated $61,800 from the General Fund to
  6    be deposited in the State Independent Living Council Fund for the period  July
  7    1, 2005, through June 30, 2006.

This is the FY 2006 Appropriation for the State Independent Living Council. House Bill 711 passed during the 2004 legislative session moved the Council from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation into its own governmental entity recognized by the state. At the same time, the Idaho State Independent Living Council Fund was created and is perpetually appropriated. From now on only the General Funds transferred into this fund shall be accounted for in an appropriation bill.
