  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE CATASTROPHIC HEALTH CARE COST FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR
  3        2006.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated $15,260,300 from the General Fund
  6    to be deposited in the Catastrophic Health Care Cost Fund for the period  July
  7    1, 2005, through June 30, 2006.

This is the appropriation to the Medically Indigent Health Care program for fiscal year 2006. The bill appropriates a total of $15,260,300 from the General Fund for deposit into the Catastrophic Health Care Cost Fund.
