1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE FOR
3 SELF-RELIANCE PROGRAMS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. In addition to the appropriation made in Section 1, Chapter
6 369, Laws of 2004, there is hereby appropriated to the Department of Health
7 and Welfare for Self-Reliance Programs the following amounts to be expended
8 from the designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July
9 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005:
