1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006; AND
3 LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Finance the
6 following amount to be expended according to the designated expense classes
7 from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2005, through June 30, 2006:

20 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Department
21 of Finance is authorized no more than fifty-one (51) full-time equivalent
22 positions at any point during the period July 1, 2005, through June 30, 2006,
23 for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically autho-
24 rized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be
25 notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
