  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006;  AND
  3        LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  There  is  hereby appropriated to the Department of Insurance
  6    the following amounts to be expended for the designated programs according  to
  7    the  designated  expense  classes from the listed funds for the period July 1,
  8    2005, through June 30, 2006:

 31        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Department
 32    of Insurance is authorized no more than seventy-one and one-half (71.5)  full-
 33    time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2005, through
 34    June  30,  2006,  for  the programs specified in Section 1 of this act, unless
 35    specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Com-
 36    mittee will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
