2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006;
3 AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture
6 the following amounts to be expended for the designated programs according to
7 the designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1,
8 2005, through June 30, 2006:

11 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Department
12 of Agriculture is authorized no more than two hundred two and sixty-hundredths
13 (202.60) full-time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1,
14 2005, through June 30, 2006, for the programs specified in Section 1 of this
15 act, unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-
16 Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions
17 so authorized.

This is the fiscal year 2006 appropriation bill for the Idaho State Department of Agriculture in the amount of $30,881,200. Of that, $5,779,600 is from the General Fund, $19,144,400 is from dedicated funds, and $5,957,200 is from federal funds. The bill includes a full-time equivalent position cap of 202.60.
