BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE STATE LIQUOR DISPENSARY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006;
3 TRANSFERRING MONEYS FROM THE LIQUOR CONTROL FUND TO THE COURT SERVICES
4 FUND; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
6 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
7 the State Liquor Dispensary the following amounts to be expended according to
8 the designated expense classes from the listed fund for the period July 1,
9 2005, through June 30, 2006:

11 Personnel Costs $ 8,043,600
12 Operating Expenses 3,372,700
13 Capital Outlay 406,300
14 TOTAL $11,822,600
15 FROM:
16 Liquor Control Fund $11,822,600
17 SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 23-404, Idaho Code,
18 on July 1, 2005, the State Liquor Dispensary is hereby directed to transfer
19 $11,300 from the Liquor Control Fund to the Drug Court and Family Court Ser-
20 vices Fund for the operation of drug courts and family courts.
21 SECTION 3. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the State
22 Liquor Dispensary is authorized no more than one hundred sixty-six (166) full-
23 time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2005, through
24 June 30, 2006, for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless spe-
25 cifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Commit-
26 tee will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
