  1                                        AN ACT
  2    RELATING TO LIQUOR STORES AND DISTRIBUTION STATIONS; AMENDING SECTION  23-303,
  3        IDAHO  CODE,  TO PROVIDE THE MANNER IN WHICH THE DISTANCE BETWEEN A LIQUOR
  4        STORE OR DISTRIBUTION STATION AND A SCHOOL SHALL BE MEASURED.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION 1.  That Section 23-303, Idaho Code, be, and the  same  is  hereby
  7    amended to read as follows:
                                                                        
  8        23-303.  PROXIMITY  OF  SCHOOL.  No  liquor  store or distribution station
  9    shall be located within three hundred (300) feet of a  school  measured  in  a
 10    straight line from the nearest entrance of a liquor store or distribution sta-
 11    tion  to  the nearest entrance of the nearest structure of the school in which
 12    students are instructed.
