REVISED REVISED REVISED REVISED REVISED REVISED
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS 15367C1
This legislation will amend Section 49-432, Idaho Code, to
implement an internal audit recommendation to amend Idaho Code to
reflect the actual time that the "Unladen Weight Permit"
(owner/operators unladen only) is valid in order to conform to
the provisions of the International Registration Plan Agreement.
Idaho Code should state that these permits are good for thirty
(30) days rather than for one-hundred twenty (120) hours as
stated in current Idaho Code.
FISCAL IMPACT
This legislation does not require additional budget funding for
the department.
