|Statement of Purpose|
This is a fiscal year 2007 appropriation for the TechHelp program to provide one-time funding for its New Product Development laboratory at Boise State University. TechHelp would use this funding to add new rapid prototyping materials, software, and capacity needed to meet client demand for its New Product Development services.
This bill transfers $50,000 from the General Fund to the Economic Recovery Reserve Fund. It then appropriates that amount to Special Programs under the State Board of Education to be used by the TechHelp program.
