An emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby 32 declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its 33 passage and approval.
|Statement of Purpose|
This is the fiscal year 2006 Supplemental Appropriation for the Division of Building Safety in the Department of Self-Governing Agencies. This bill provides $484,700 in dedicated fund spending authority and authorizes an additional 8.0 FTP for the Division. This bill provides additional resources to the Division to meet the increasing demand for timely inspections related to the continuing growth in construction in Idaho.
This Supplemental Appropriation provides $484,700 in dedicated fund spending authority and 8.0 FTP for the Division of Building Safety in the Department of Self-Governing Agencies.
