  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE STATE CONTROLLER FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007.
                                                                        
  3    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  4        SECTION 1.  In addition to any other appropriation provided by law,  there
  5    is  hereby  appropriated  to  the  State Controller the following amount to be
  6    expended for the designated program according to the designated expense  class
  7    from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007:

Senate Bill 1363 modifies the “employment package” for state classified or non-classified employees. This bill funds the costs associated with updating the State Controller’s payroll system to meet the requirements of Senate Bill 1363.

Fiscal Note

This is an additional appropriation for the State Controller in the amount of $120,000 for the costs associated with implementing the changes required by Senate Bill 1363.
