STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS 16314
Article III, Section 9 of Idaho's Constitution gives both
houses of the Legislature the power to determine their own rules
of proceeding. This bill would delete a code section that has
been superseded by other provisions of the Senate rules that have
been found to be constitutional by the Idaho Supreme Court.
