  1                                        AN ACT
  2    DIRECTING THE STATE CONTROLLER TO TRANSFER MONEYS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE
  3        ECONOMIC RECOVERY RESERVE FUND; AND APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE
  4        DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND LABOR FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION 1.  On July 1, 2006, or as soon thereafter as possible, the  State
  7    Controller  shall  transfer  the  sum of $300,000 from the General Fund to the
  8    Economic Recovery Reserve Fund.
                                                                        
  9        SECTION 2.  In addition to any other appropriation provided by law,  there
 10    is  hereby appropriated to the Idaho Department of Commerce and Labor $300,000
 11    from the Economic Recovery Reserve Fund to be expended for trustee and benefit
 12    payments for the TechConnect Program for the period July 1, 2006, through June
 13    30, 2007.
