STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS 15400 Currently each individual resident of the state hospital north, state hospital south, the Idaho state school and hospital and the state veteran homes must obtain a permit in order to fish. This will simplify the process by allowing the Department of Fish and Game to issue a fishing permit to the facility. FISCAL NOTE There is not financial impact on revenues. The workload for the facilities and department of fish and game should be reduced by the decrease in the number of permits that must be obtained and issued.
